I particularly like the sword tucked into his cape in the back... I am pretty sure the original Super Man didn't carry a sword.
Ok ok... this guy may not be bounding from tall buildings and flying faster than a speeding bullet he does know how to catch a mean 'camel cricket'... (Yuck! I hate those things!) Luckily Mommy had her brave super hero to save her from it!
Monkey see Monkey do! Maylin just had to have a bug in her bug catcher too. Luckily she captured the resident spider living in the camp bathroom. Another save for Mommy! I am getting used to having these two "bug catchers" around!
I am not sure what inspired this snuggle time between siblings... but... need I say more...
One of the things that CCC is good at is coming up with creative worships. This year we had a "Christmas" service complete with a live tree, garland on the piano, a wreath, candles, lanterns, fake fire place... you name it we came up with it. It was a lot of fun and the staff seemed to enjoy the surprise morning worship (we usually worship in the evenings at camp). Of course other kids who enjoyed it were the 5 little ones. They missed the actual service, but they sure had fun posing for pictures around the tree. This really cracks me up because only two of them have ever experienced Christmas yet somehow they instinctively knew what to do.
Kylie decided to pose like an angel. And I guess Pierson was going for the opposite effect holding onto the ax type weapon! They are all angels to me though!
Kylie and Maylin decided they would help Kristi/Mommy/IE in the kitchen. And no little helper is complete without aprons. Here they were dumping out bags of Doritos into a big bowl for lunch.
I had to throw this one in. Maylin was getting some quality Daddy-time while sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch of the lodge. She looks so tiny! Sometimes I forget how small they are because their personalities are so big!
Grandma and all five of her grand kids! Priceless! Caleb looks like he is just about to be up to something.
The staff decided that the kids were going to be their mascots. They warned me that if any of them went missing, "not to worry, they are just out at camp". Here the West Wilkes staff posed for a picture with all 5 of them.
It is such a blessing to see them loved by everyone!

Great pictures! I can't decide which one I like the best. We loved spending time with your family out at camp. It was like old time with a twist! But I think the new additons (including Andy) are just what CCC needed!

Ugh, I can't believe Pierson really wanted to catch one of those gross camel crickets!
Let me know if you see any little kid aprons, Kylie can't stop asking about having one of her own.
My three are still talking about spending so much time with their "talking cousins."
